Ingredients

Brussels sprouts

200g Pecan nuts

1 tablespoon Maple Syrup

1 teaspoon of pomegranate molasses

1 teaspoon of Balsamic vinegar

Directions

1Toast pecans in a pan and add in the syrup, molasses and vinegar.

2Toss the Brussels sprouts into the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Serve.
